today. We have a great athlete. Someone we observe, someone we... I can't say we necessarily

read. A straight up to... We read it against him and he is a straight up champion and he's a

funny dude. Four-time Stanley Cup champion if I am if I am to be believed. And he had the game-winning

goal and I believe his first Stanley Cup finals that he was in. Just an amazing run with one of

the greatest teams of all time. The late 90s, early 2000s Detroit Red Wings were of course talking

about Darren McCarty. He's gone on to do stand-up. He does podcasts, radio, just a fantastic

personality. I'm so psyched to chop it up and talk about... We haven't given much talk to the

hockey playoffs this year. It's almost like they're happening... It's almost like a secret party in

New York. You're like, are we invited to this thing? I don't know, but like we're going to find out

from him if the new format, this is the thing I'm most interested in because we've always made it

clear on this podcast that we love the old teams and like the worst thing in the world to me would

be if there was a Vegas Tampa Bay Stanley Cup finals. That would bother me to know MJ. And so we'll

get into that and talk that about him because to me I'd rather see the Islanders play the Canadians.

Right? Of course. We all would. But first we want to talk about a big move that came a little

earlier than we thought it would come in college football. They seem to be moving on. Yeah.

Seeing you moving on a 12 team college playoff, I think later this month they'll probably get

the go ahead to do it, rubber stamp it, move it through, which means probably by 2023 we'll see a 12

team college playoff. So for the next two years it's going to suck again. Next year it'll be

Alabama Clemson, Ohio State and then whoever Alabama beats in the first semi-final. That's what's

going to be next year. That's what's going to be the year after that. Based on recruiting,

based on who they've got, there's just no there's no reason to tune into the playoff because that's
