but I got to tell you that so much happened on Saturday that we needed a reaction.

The Vikings are going to be looking for a new offensive line coach.

But we have to begin with Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks are headed to the NFC

championship after an absolute beatdown of the San Francisco 49ers.

They went into the game as seven point favorites.

They come out with a 41 to 6 victory in a game that was pretty much over before it even

started.

In the final days leading up to the game, it came out that Darnold had an oblique injury and it was

unclear even what his status was going to be. He was questionable for the game. And then it

turned out that Sam Darnold basically didn't even have to play in this football game. He was

perfectly fine. And early on, he was rolling to his left turn, flung a touchdown pass into the back

of the end zone and sort of proved that he was in good enough shape to be playing in this football

game. But Seattle was so much more dominant from top to bottom, special teams. They get a return

for a touchdown to start off. And then their defense collapsed.

The San Francisco 49ers who were totally banged up. Christian McCaffrey gets hurt fairly early

in the game. They were without wide receivers. They were without George Kittle. And ultimately,

it was just too much. And Seattle's defense is about as nasty as it gets from top to bottom.
