So it's a busy busy busy show tonight.

And, you know, I was just saying to you before we went live for audio.

If you have been following the podcast for any length of time over the past year, you will have every, you will know everything about Missouri V-Biden because I've pounded it at Nazim for everybody.

And then we had a couple days off on the show because I was there in Louisiana at the hearing that they had to make the decision to grant the preliminary injunction on the case.

So we're going to go over it quickly on July 4th, the judge in this case, Missouri V-Biden, which is a case about censorship.

Missouri and Louisiana and a bunch of private plaintiffs sued the government saying that they coerced or threatened or pressured social media companies to remove content and censor American speech on social media.

The judge in the case granted them preliminary discovery and expedited discovery and depositions.

They did that work.

They got about 20,000 pages of discovery back.

And they laid out their case for this preliminary injunction.

I have covered this in detail the whole way.

But we had been waiting since May 26th for the judge to issue his order on whether or not he was going to put a stop.

To the government communicating with social media companies and the private NGOs that they're working with.

Like the election integrity project, like the Stanford Internet Observatory, like the Atlantic Council and all of the other ones that could ever be at all.

And he did in 155 page order and ruling.

He ordered the government stop talking to all of those people except for a very small group.
