Have you ever questioned where your mind has gone?

Sometimes our mind can wander into, I guess we could call it the dark side of our soul.

The mind has the ability to think things that can be disturbing, that can be frightening.

I mean, we even have the ability to act out in a way that we feel is it in our best version of

ourselves. You know, experiences and situations, they can bring a dark side of us out.

There are some people in our life who just bring an evil version of ourselves out,

where we say things that we normally would never say, do things we would never do.

Find ourselves drenched in toxicity, right? I mean, I think sometimes we find ourselves in these

spaces where we do things and we question, are we good people? You know, maybe you lied,

maybe you manipulated, maybe you stole, maybe you cheated. Right? But whatever it is,

we all have a dark side to our soul, right? There is a yang and yang within us.

There is duality. I mean, you could see it even within nature, right? Everything isn't just

butterflies, sun and light. No, there is a other side. But I think it's important that we

get to know this other side. I mean, sometimes it's important we even dance with this other side.

I'm not saying it's good to be bad. I'm not saying it's good to be evil and do wrong things.

But we do have another side to us. And what makes us light, what makes us shine bright, what

develops our aura is when we go through these dark situations, these dark experiences,

because let's be honest, we all go through darker experiences in our life. We all have been through

tragedy. We all have been through just dark experiences. Ones that have brought us great pain.

Some of us have been the victims. Some of us may have been the ones that inflicted the pain,

but no matter what, after we experience these dark times and situations, we always have the
