When you are looking for a place to live, whether it be a house, apartment, condo, whatever it may be, you look at the listing and you take and soak in what all the amenities might be, you know, hot running water, toilets, those are, you know, expected these days those are you know expected these days sometimes you get

added bonuses maybe a pool maybe uh basketball hoop maybe a hot tub there's all sorts of

little extras that you can go oh that's that's great I'd love to have that. Pergola? Sure.

What you typically don't see listed on those, uh, those sheets are ghost cats,

unexplained scratches on your back in the middle of the night, mysterious orbs flying around

in the shower. But maybe those should have been listed in regards to the condo that we're going to be hearing

about in our next story.

My husband and I were newlyweds at the time of this story. We needed our own place after

research for a few weeks. We found a nice small condo community in Rockland. The condo itself was

adorable, small but adorable. It was a two-bed, two-bath of the small kitchen area, dining area,

were only two stories high, and her home to be was on the top floor. We made an offer that

all the paperwork moved in. It was great to finally have our own place, and this was my first time moving out of my parents' house.
