It's Raquel and I'm excited for the solo I woke up at 4am, inspired to write it all 440.

I'm super inspired to write it.

I wrote pieces of it to get an idea of what to talk about and then I went back to sleep

and I feel refreshed and excited to share whatever came through.

I feel like sometimes when I wake up at 4am, it's like the guides are tapping my shoulder

But I definitely, for whatever reason, get my best insights or ideas, the deeper concepts

or the lessons to learn or lessons for myself to learn spontaneously in the wee hours of

But I'm like a grandma and I prefer to go to bed at least before 11, so it's hard for

me to want to stay up and write past midnight and I'm jealous of those who are night owls

and get their creative spark when everybody else is going to sleep.

But then I'm thankful to wake up when everyone else is asleep.

I was wondering why, why is it that we get these inspirations in the wee hours of the morning.

Again, it's definitely different for everybody because I know some people that feel like

they receive their inspiration late morning or midday.

For myself, perhaps it's because when you're around others that are awake, their thoughts

are coming through, their thoughts, their ideas, maybe your telepathically interacting

with them, maybe or not, but everything does seem a little louder and noisier, so sometimes
