extra mailbag exclusive weekly episode. That's not the official title, of course, because that

would be obnoxiously long immunity. But this is full wall-to-wall mailbag. At late kick

et cetera, questions to me. And that one's in here today. Our buddy Joel Cloud actually talked with Greg Sanky, the commissioner of the SEC. And among other things, they said, hey, the sport may be in a better place now than it's ever been. Do we agree with that? That's not how we're leading it off, but we'll eventually get to that.

Okay, let's dive into the mailbag. First up, Garrett from St. Augustine, Florida, said, which games have you circled for the upcoming season as Must Watch? I know all games are must watch, but you get what I'm saying, L-O-L. It's good that you added the caveat, Garrett, I would have had to add it if you didn't. So I have some games listed on the trusty notebook paper in front of me. I don't want to beat around the bush. Let's just

call it what it is. Texas Alabama is going to be must watch TV. Texas is eternally in that

are they back mentality, or I guess I should say the country is always in a are they back

mentality when it comes to Texas. And the country also happens to find itself, some of the country, at least, in a situation where they're doubting Alabama a little bit more than they would. And you're telling me I get both of those teams on the same field. It's not neutral either. I get them in Tuscaloosa. After yours truly stood on the field in 157 million degree heat in Austin last year for an 11 a.m. kickoff, which I don't mind,

by the way, this one's in prime time. You get Alabama a couple of times this year, actually,

you get Bama at home in games where either they almost got beat last year, i.e. Texas, or they flat

out did get beat last year, i.e. LSU, Tennessee. So if you're in Alabama season

ticket holder, some years it's this year, you're going to get your money's worth and then some.

Texas, Alabama. That one's going to be great and you don't have to wait long. That one's in

week two. Next up, and I'm not going into sequential order here. Next up is later in the

year. Think about week 12. Think about all the way up in the Pacific Northwest. These teams did not

play in 2022. It is USC at Oregon in week 12. I have experienced Eugene. I've experienced Autson Stadium when the other team from
