We are learning more about the couple who seemingly got engaged on the needle of the Empire State Building this week in New York City. Authorities have charged Angela Nikolau and Ivan Beerkus with multiple felonies, including reckless endangerment and burglary after learning they spent the night in the iconic tower and brought tools with them to break locks to gain access to the needle.
