This week I'm talking to somebody whose work has touched a whole lot of pop culture today.

But unless you are working in Hollywood, there is a chance you have never heard of her.

Her name is Danny Garcia.

She's the CEO of a holding and management firm called the Garcia Companies, which basically means her company manages the careers and marketing for celebrities,

some brands as well.

In Danny Garcia's case, that includes people like Henry Cavill.

You might know him as the latest incarnation of Superman.

Also, oh, by the way, Dwayne the Rock Johnson.

So I sat down with Danny Garcia at her Los Angeles office out in Beverly Hills,

and we got right to it.

We're expecting you. Don't you have a seat? Ready to go to work?

Danny Garcia, thanks for coming on the program. Oh my gosh. I'm so excited to be here.

Not as excited as I am to be here, actually. Oh yeah, no, totally. Come on. I'm a fan of your company and what you do. But that's actually the point. If I say you are the one of, right, because Hollywood is funny that way, but you're one of the most influential companies in Hollywood that nobody's ever heard of. Do you buy that?

I think, well, you know what, I never think too much of the no one's ever heard of because I'm always in the grind of moving forward.

But I think you're right.

I think people are like, really?

Wow.

What do you do?

And then they see what we do?

And they're like, wow.
