But, you know, President Obama did a couple of very, very important things this week in terms of legacy.

He signed two orders, one that would protect the Arctic from any more offshore oil drilling,

and the other that would protect the Atlantic coast from Virginia all the way up to New

England from any offshore oil drilling.

And they also adopted new rules on coal-powered plants.

So the president is clearly very interested in doing as much as he can in these last few days to firm up his legacy,

to take action in the orders where he orders important issues to him where he wants to be
