I want to just start with pointing out that our lives together in the body of Christ are

intended to be eternal.

They're intended to be eternal relationships.

We live in a culture that is so temporal in nature.

The family structure, the family systems, the church hopping, the fractured discs and

the fractured that and the broken relationships that are just so constantly devastating,

momentum.

Whether it's in a marriage, a family, a community, a movement, a generation, broken

covenants are this target of our enemy.

And our enemy is empowered through our minimizing the value of covenant and fighting to protect

that.

Human relationships are meant to last a lifetime.

They are built into our lives as living stones.

We are built up together as these living stones that are connected, intended to create

a dwelling place for the Lord.

What keeps happening is we allow sometimes the relationships to be dishonored, to literally

be taken down to a worldly perspective.

And never understanding really what is it that we are fighting for?
