My name is Andy and I am joined again by a guest who was on just a few weeks ago.

He is the president of the New paradigm institute, acclaimed civil rights activist and constitutional

lawyer Mr Daniel Shee and Danny welcome back.

Listen very popular guest Danny I don't have to tell you that and I probably say that

every time you're on but there were so many questions we

didn't get to last time. I had to try and get you back on ASAP to get through some of

those because so many folks were enjoying the interview, disappointed we never got to too many

listener questions. So this episode is largely dedicated to them, but I do think we

have to start just with any updates you have on the UEP disclosure act 2.0 and where things are.

Sure. Well, the two important points here.

Number one, that there has been a tactical decision made by the Senate to reintroduce the exact same

bill that was passed last year by the Senate. That's the original 64-page Schumer Rounds

bill. There had been a number of proposed additions to it, potential pieces that might have

strengthened it a little bit, some clarification of definitions, etc, that a

number of us had worked on and proffered them to to Schumer.

Schumer and his staff accepted those, but Mike Rounds and his staff said, look, the simplest thing to do is to go right straight back to the house with the exact same bill that we proposed to make it perfectly clear that there's a consensus inside the United States

Senate among Republican and Democratic leadership and all of the members, basically out of the 100 senators that we got 90 of them

to support this bill and very importantly that represents all of the various elements in factions that are interested in this whole disclosure process.

All I had consensus about how this should really be run.
