it is the past we're recording this in 2022 but magically through the forces of technology it comes out

on the other side in 2023 and And so yeah, we're continuing

a series that I love that we do on the show. We love Danny Perry as an author. We've had

the man on the show. I do always recommend whenever we bring him up that I say, go back and

listen to the interview that we did with Danny, which was one of the highlights of doing the show.

And he is the author of cult movies, one, two, three, a guide for the film fanatic, all of which we've done episodes on.

And I do recommend checking those out as well.

And very importantly, book one is also very much responsible for this podcast's birth, bringing both of us together as well as just our mutual teenage, or in your case it was like start of college, right?

Yeah, I found these, just to reiterate, for those that haven't gone back, I found these books at the University of Wisconsin-Madison

Library and started going through them. And I think I mentioned before because we've had them on the show,

but soon after that, I ran into one Mr. Jonathan Hertzberg, who now of course runs Fun City Editions,

which is quite wonderful. And he and I bonded over our love of the cult movies

books. And I think he probably told me about the book we're talking about today because I knew

about cult movies and I didn't know about Guide for the Film Fanatic, which has become my favorite
