1:05.2	Instead of bagels and smoked salmon, I'm making croissant-smoat salmon.
1:09.0	This recipe, actually, I kind of discovered at a place called La Mercery,
1:12.6	which is another one of my favorite restaurants in New York.
1:15.6	So instead of cream cheese, I'm using masquipone, about eight ounces.
