So for those who don't know who Danny is, if you shoot tournament archery, you definitely know Danny, you you, you, well, you're, you've been crushing it for years.

You're, you're really having a good year this year. You want to tell everybody a little bit about yourself some of your background and tournament background as well.

Yeah, so I guess I've been shooting professionally for 18. This is my 18 season. So I've been doing it for a long time.

Just mostly shoot 3D. I do shoot everything as far as like a couple mark distance indoors, a couple outdoor events like writing.

I've never shot field nationals or anything like that, but I do kind of dabble in that stuff. If it fits in our schedule, but yeah, that's really it. Just mostly 3D shooter for 18 years.

Kind of underselling yourself here. What if you want? How about that? What are some of the different tournaments you've won?

I've won. I've won. I think I think I've won pretty much everything on the 3D side. I mean, I've won.

Shooter of the year. I've won every every tournament. I think that there's that there's been held from the ass a classic the ideal world's national event shooter of the years.

Yeah, I mean, I mean, I don't want to list list everything, but I guess just in a general sense, I've done. I've had a great season. I'm really happy with my my career.

Gotcha. So your wife also is a tournament archer and very very accomplished as well, isn't she?

Julia. Yep. She is. Yeah, it's very good. So you know, like you said, 3D's your main thing.

When you like started what got you what got you into the the tournament scene and how long did it take for you to.

I guess feel confident. You know, to where you kind of had the hang of it, I guess like did it did it kick off where you were you're doing pretty well right off the bat or you struggle for a few years or how kind of explain how that went.

Yeah, so the way I got started. I had some local friends in the area, Randy Mara, which his name is a dad, one of my good friends, Robbie and they wanted to go shoot some 3D.

You know, I didn't even know what it was, but as winter time, late winter kind of getting ready for spring and we went out into the to shoot this polar bear shoot they call that where you kind of go out and walk through the woods in the snow and shoot these 3D targets.

I had a really good time. Just this is just a local event. I had a ton of fun. Kind of fell in love with it that day. They wanted to go do it again like two weeks later.

So I started following around and Randy, the three of us kind of just made it a regular thing. And then I found out that there was bigger tournaments like a year later.
