Hello everyone and welcome to everything iconic with me, Danny Pelagrino.

It's that weird week in between Christmas and New Year's where I feel like I'm losing

all sense of space and time.

I'm binge watching new shows, catching up on shows that I missed earlier in the year,

and I hope you're all finding some time to vegetate, although it is technically still

the holiday season.

And I know we all have tons of obligations, some of you might be working still, so I just

hope that you're finding some sense of peace and time to reset, rejuvenate the senses before

the New Year because I think we all need it, especially after the past few years we've

had.

Anyway, the house-by-free caps are off until the New Year, however, don't fret because

I got a great interview with Jason Oppenheim, star of selling sunset and selling the OC on

Netflix.

Jason and I talk a wide-ranging conversation, everything from the housing market to the

New Season and whether or not G Flip is going to appear in selling sunset.
