Summary
What's a blind melon? Like most weird band names, there seems to be multiple answers. We'll discuss two of them today, along with the rest of the band's legacy, especially Shannon Hoon. He wasn't around for very long, but he did enough living during that period to make up for it. He also documented almost all of it on video, giving us a rare, very detailed look into the life of a musician - and person - in the early 90s.
