The conversation today will be mostly about our football team.

before we started to record this show,

I opened up the email, And the number of emails we have had since

Sunday's debacle in Dallas, I picked out some good ones. I think I've got some good ones for

everybody today. But man, there's something about an ugly loss,

I guess especially when it's against the Cowboys,

that really still does raise the level of passion.

Oh, yeah.

And make people forget that last year, we almost went to the Super Bowl.

Yes, it does.

It shows, and this I point out in my column today in Washington Times, like it shows the

it shows the gap not only on the roster between a good NFL team and what they were,

but also shows the gap between the damaged fan base and a normal fan base.

I mean, you know, failure resurrected all the fury, and particularly failure against the

Cowboys.
