Hello, welcome back to Not Just Paleo. I'm your host, Evan Brand. Yes, my voice is weird. So you can try to hack air travel as much as you possibly want. And flying in a metal tube at 500 miles per hour at 37 to 39,000 feet above the earth, it's not healthy. There's no way.

Who knows, I lost my voice for about two days, which actually ended up being sort of an

I was able to really, really be in my own head more and not having to speak was interesting. It was like a two-day silent

meditation retreat, except I didn't go anywhere to do it. So anyhow, gradually getting my voice
