Hey, welcome to another episode of the Prophecy Prose podcast.

0:09.2

Today we're going to unpack another couple verses from Daniel chapter 9.

0:38.7

Yeah. So today, just to recap, Jeff, last week, or actually before we had to interview with Dr. Woods, we started diving into Daniel chapter nine. And just as a simple overview, just to kind of catch people up or if they haven't heard that episode, we looked at how the last four verses of

0:43.1

Daniel chapter 9 are the most dense among the most dense prophetic verses in scripture.

0:50.3

Daniel chapter 9 verse 4 kind of covers the entire 70 weeks of years, so the entire time period for the Jewish prophetic history from Daniel's time to the end.

1:00.9

And then we looked at verse 25, which is the first 69 weeks or the first 483 years.

1:07.1

And we showed how amazingly that prophecy was literally fulfilled to the day from when

1:48.0

And they could see, you know, Mount Everest over here and Mount, you know, McKinley over here and all this stuff.

1:53.9

But they couldn't see all the valleys in between it.

1:56.7

And we're going to encounter one of those dips, one of those gaps in this passage here today.

2:03.2

So just kind of keep that in mind that each of the prophets were given a piece of the puzzle.

2:07.8

When you put the whole puzzle together, you've got the picture.

2:10.3

But God did what we call progressive revelation.

2:14.4

And he didn't get all, give the whole story to one person.

2:16.6

He gave a little bit to one person.

2:18.2

And that's what's so amazing about Scripture, Todd, is that these 40 plus authors, they're writing
