| 0:56.0 | I'm doing fine. Yeah, overall. I can't complain. So your episode was about you and your abusive dad and you finally, you know, coming to terms and understanding that you lived in abuse for a long time. |

| 1:42.6 | I got a lot of emails about you you know that they resonated with a lot of people. I got a lot of emails about you, you know, that they resonated with a lot of stuff that went on in your story. |

| 1:53.1 | And you reached out to me now to do like a follow-up of what has gone on in your life since then, what has opened up for you, what has changed. |

| 2:13.1 | And, you know, it's really validating to hear just that it resonates with a community feeling without even, you know, speaking with anybody in that regard. |
