Daniel Peter Kelly was a potential predator exposed in the Flagler Beach, Florida edition of To Catch a Predator. He is best known for refusing to let go of his keys during his arrest.

Daniel was 45 years old at the time that he began an explicit chat with a girl he believed to be thirteen years old named Amber. He spoke about how he would tour with a rock group and attend strip clubs at the age of thirteen, but was "too chicken" to do anything about his horniness. He was married and had children at the time, one son and one daughter. Daniel originates from Canada, but moved to Florida years before the sting.
