0:33.4	to dissect those two questions. Well, thank God is something we're thinking about a lot these
0:37.7	days. I think since November 5th, a lot of us have been saying that many, many times. Things are about
0:41.9	to change in America for the good, in the world for the good. They're already starting to.
0:46.9	But this is, it feels like divine intervention because that thug, Alvin Bragg, brought these charges where they never should have been brought.
0:57.4	And then as his case was falling apart on Friday, you remember we had Maureen here, Callahan,
1:02.9	he refused to accept a mistrial when the jury was hung.
1:08.2	They were hung on the most serious charge that had been brought against Daniel Penny,
1:13.6	accused of killing Jordan Neely, just a Michael Jackson impersonator on the subway.
1:20.5	No, that's not what happened.
1:22.1	Jordan Neely got on that subway and was menacing, seriously threatening the other passengers.
1:28.0	They were terrified and they testified to exactly that in front of this jury.
1:33.0	They never should have brought the case, but Bragg charged reckless homicide against Daniel
1:39.8	Penny, which is a very serious charge.
1:41.9	It's manslaughter.
1:43.5	And the jury could not reach a verdict on it.
1:47.0	The next rung down was criminally negligent homicide, which is a lower burden, right?
