rolling. The news is good in Cincinnati, where head coach Zach Taylor told reporters on Monday

that Joe Burrow has been fully cleared for contact as training camp begins. Burrow missed the last seven games of 2023 due to a season-ending wrist injury suffered during the team's week 11 loss to Baltimore. He was able to participate in Cincinnati's off-season program, but he didn't throw at every OTA practice, which raised some concerns. While it appears those concerns were unfounded, Taylor noted the team will continue to ease borough through camp to make sure he's at the top of his game for the beginning of the season.

Taylor also said he's expecting Burrow and the rest of the club starters to play at some point during the preseason.

As Pro Football Talk.com noted, Burrow has never had a regular training camp.

Entering the NFL in 2020, he and the rest of the league were navigating COVID-19 protocols. Burrow was recovering from a torn ACL in 2021. In 2022, he had his appendix removed, and last year, Burrow suffered a calf injury early on in camp and sidelighted him throughout the month of August. Whether it's the memory of those issues or the rise of other players at the position, Burrow is available later than this year than last. The former first round pick was QB4 this time last summer. He's

quarterback seven this year. We'll be watching for signs of that price rising if we see a healthier

borough on the field for some preseason action as Taylor promised. In Green Bay, we learned that

Jordan Love will not practice until he has a new contract.

Packers General Manager Brian Guttenkunds said on Monday that Love's representatives told him the quarterback will sit out until a deal is in place.

Good of Kuntz said he is optimistic that Love's absence from practice will be brief because an agreement could come together soon.

While the GM added, it's important for Love to be on the field as much as possible.

His overall chill attitude on this suggests the deal is indeed close.

So while we're watching for that, it could happen at any time,

I'll remind you that Love is being drafted as quarterback 10, according to the football guy's average draft position data.

And that price is starting to grow on me.
