All right, let's move on from the Jersey discussion.

I want to get into Daniel Jeremiah's mock draft.

I want to get into some on-field football things.

Daniel Jeremiah put out his second mock draft.

I want to go through some of his logic and talk through where he ends up with Washington taking a new name that I haven't seen a lot of people throw to Washington

at 7, mainly because he's generally been gone before their pick. But he threw out some logic

here that I think is sound and could be something that Washington could look out for and

potentially could end up with a really good player here at 7 that maybe a lot of people weren't

expecting to be available at their pick.

So we'll start at the top.

No shocker.

I think you can almost put this one in Sharpie.

I'll say Penn for now because maybe someone gets crazy and wants to throw a lot of picks

their way and get this guy and maybe they get their quarterback another way. But they're going to take Fernando Mendoza. The Raiders at one are going to take Fernando Mendoza. That's almost guaranteed. If you wanted to go ahead and go on NFL.com or NFL shop, whatever, and customize the number 15 Raiders jersey and put Mendoza on the back, I don't think you're going to look at it and say, well, I got that one wrong.

I think you're pretty safe in doing so. So Fernando Mendoza is going to the Raiders at number one. Here's where it's interesting, and I think this is where the discussion becomes interesting for who Washington could end up picking. Because this is a guy that a lot of fans were expecting to fall to seven, potentially be a guy that Washington would be interested in. Number two, Daniel Jeremiah, his mock draft

2.0, he has David Bailey going to the New York Jets.

Whoa. And this is what I think is interesting about his logic for this. So I was listening to

a little bit of what he had to say about why this is the pick here. Arville Reese has been the

traditional thought as the first non-quarterback.

His unique ability as a pass rusher, still a little bit raw there, but you see really big

flashes of potential from Arvel Reese every time you turn on Ohio State film.

But he's a bit of a hybrid guy. And it's not necessarily that he's not going to be able to play full-time edge in the pros,
