Hey, I'm Teresa Caputo. You might know me as the Long Island medium.

Why do people call me that? Well, I talk to the dead.

My job is to help spirit communicate to their loved ones here in the physical world

that they are safe and at peace and that there is more to life than this.

This podcast gives me the opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before

and to give all of you a better understanding of how I communicate with spirit.

I had the honor and privilege of sharing my gift with Danica Patrick.

And the thing that I loved about her experience was how spirit validated on how we can't lose

ourselves. How important it is for us to always love honor and respect ourselves.

And how spirit always knows what's going on and that they are with us through the good times

and the tough times and that we should just embrace their signs and symbols maybe a little bit more

Let's start with the mom that's passed. So your mom's here in the physical world?

Yeah, okay. So the mom that is departed so whether it be a grandmother and aunt that was like a mom

to you, it was my mom's mom. Okay. She makes me feel something with her head. So I don't know she

was not able to communicate or had difficulty communicating because she restricted my throat area

which means nothing was left unsaid. My mom felt really glad that she spoke to her just before

she passed because it kind of happened pretty quick. She spoke to her when she was in the hospital

and she seemed okay and then she went in to go have a procedure done, a stint of something I think
