In modern conversation, to say you're obsessed is basically a term of endearment.

You love it, you're a fan, but definitely in a harmless way.

But at its core, obsession, as psychology today writes, amounts to the same thing in all

cases, addiction, and that's when things can get dangerous.

So I think everybody's obsessed with something, but I would like to think all of my obsessions

are healthy.

But I think kind of like by nature I suppose obsession can get unhealthy pretty easily

without you even knowing it, so maybe I just don't know it.
