Well, we're going to begin the series Dangerous Assignment, Storing Brian Don Levy.

The series aired over NBC and began in the context of them trying to find a way to compete

with CBS after the talent race. The NBC really did lean hard into doing a lot of mystery programs,

including Richard Diamond and Dragnet. This was set as a seven week summer series in 1949.

Though it ended up going far further than that. Let's go ahead and just check out this first

episode. The original air day, July the night, 1949, and the title of this one is Throat Foundation Supplies.
