look the thing with dance is you want your body to be in its like optimal form to perform at its peak.

to look cashe, but you want your body and your mind to be like in the right place to be

able to push yourself creatively and physically.

First up, clothes-wise top half. For me as a large racked woman, I like to keep it all together keep the hood is strapped down so

yeah the jiggling doesn't impede my movements so I'll usually do like a tight

wrap-around crop.

For the man, like yourself, by the looks of the pick you've sent,

And I find for the men, Glad Rap, like a clear cling film wrap around the tit area.

Just get a friend to like wrap you up, really tied a few circuits around with the roll and then just throw on a mesh tank over that. You want the

nipples to be seen but not jigging like sore. Yeah just a clear film will um

will help get that sort of visual of the nipple. I would also

recommend pairing that look with like a sheer footless tight keeping like the

see-through theme going.
