Exhale. I think we all could use that right now. Okay, every time I open my phone, the world's coming to an end.

There's another breaking news story. As human beings, we were not meant to consume this much breaking news every single day. It feels like

we're in the last hundred days of the 2024 campaign. Remember when Kamala Harris was running

against President Trump, those last hundred days, hour to hour, you did not know what was going to

happen. I feel like we're living in that now, but it's 2026. Okay, it's March 2026 and we're still

dealing with that. I hear from you guys. Many of you are fatigued with the news. People are

fighting online. They're fighting in the comments section. You can't keep up with what's going on

geopolitically, domestically. Everyone's just trying to work, pay their bills. There's not a person

watching the show who either isn't dealing with a health issue of their own or taking care of a relative, a family member, a friend with a health issue. Everyone has so much going on. How are we supposed to keep up with all the news every single day? So my hope is by the end of our ridiculous fun show, you will feel a little more relaxed and will have, you know,

taken your mind off of things a little bit. I was walking around the other day and I went into a

store and I was just thinking about life and career and I thought, you know, I'm looking for a sign.

Look what I found. You asked for a sign. This is it. You asked for a sign. This is it. I was like, give me a sign of what I'm

supposed to be doing. You ask for a sign. This is it. Okay. And then I also saw this one, because with everything

going on in our lives, I feel like we can all relate. I think I may need professional help. A chef, a maid, and a butler should do it.
