I had an awesome conversation with Dana Cowan,

the legendary former editor of Food and Wine magazine

who basically was instrumental in creating the modern chef and restaurant world.

She's the woman who created the food and wine relationship with top chef.

She's the woman who was in charge of Food and wine's best new chef program

for literally decades. She has not just been through it all as the

food world moved from whatever it was in the mid 90s to this insane juggernaut that

it is now. She was responsible for making it happen. So like, my

God, Greg, this is a doozy of a conversation.

You know, I've met Danick Allen before and she's also a very nice person as I recall so I can't wait to hear two of my

favorite food people having a chat about food.
