Y'all had a reaction to Greg's tweet a couple of nights ago, Dan.

For our audience, from a national perspective, when you saw the Alabama AD asking the fans to fight back in the NIL, how did you guys read into that?

How did that go over nationally, in your opinion?

I thought it was smart.

I mean, that's the job of the of the AD these days.

If you don't sit on your hands, if you see a deficiency in some competitive way,

and if you can rally some advantage or defense or whatever,

you rally some money and you keep a player that can help you win a game next year,

I thought that was a, I thought that's leadership. You know, Greg, Greg does a good job. And one of the reasons he does

more than a good job, but one of the reasons is because he's willing to put himself out there.

I'm sure there was probably some hesitation of saying, all right, now I'm going to be the story or, you know,

look, we also chuckle, you know, poor old Alabama, little old Alabama, you know, just,

just try maybe get a group on or, you know, clip some coupons from the Tuscaloosa News on Sunday.

But at the same time, smart. Like, this is an all-hands-on-deck competitive situation.

And so maybe in the past where an AD's job was to quietly, you know, grease some booster on a golf course and then unveil some plans for a renovated locker room.

Now it's like, hey, man, send us five bucks, send us 50 bucks, whatever you got left after buying Christmas presents and the Christmas dinner.

We need it.

And so he sounded the alarm.
