Doing good. Probably, I don't know if we're all in a place where we didn't expect to be, but I guess to start with,

we probably didn't expect not so much USC to be where it is. with end of September, if we'd have guessed all those things would have happened, that's not even, I think, remotely possible that that combination of things would have gotten us to here where we are in November.
