dennis eckersley recently he uh was with him when he had dennis eckersley was in to cooper's town he was uh

with him uh last evening he's got a uh i don't know you were with him last evening dan

weren't you uh we talked uh multiple times during the day yesterday okay and so let me ask you this

first of all is there anything nefarious about nesson not showing i know it was during

commercial but not like kind of giving a recap of eckersley that ovation last night. That's a good question because none of us ever pay attention to the presentation of the legend of the night. It's just not something that's on our radar. And I was asking myself, so what in any do they do this? And how does it work? And, oh, yeah, they do a video thing for a minute minute and then it's during the between innings when

they're on commercial anyway so i'm like well you think they'll show it when they come back and

evidently they did not uh i think mlb on its broadcast did show the moment or or show a replay of

the moment and uh routinely i couldn't tell you it's just not something that we routinely

watch but you would think given the the story and the fact that he's an SETA employee, it'd be nice to say, oh, yeah, in between innings here, Dennis Sarkersley got a nice ovation and wave to the crowd here. Yeah, because there's really no losing. I mean, no, because I think it puts a spotlight on the discussion about whether the people in the Nesson booth aren't critical enough.

Well, no, I think that what it did.

I think they want the story to just go away.

He's in, well, he's it, I don't know how this makes it not go away.

I mean, he's an employee of the station.

Wouldn't you think that, hey, look, people love him.

They're getting swept out of there and Nesson only down there during that hour. Something's going on with controlling the message here, and clearly they didn't want X tribute to be part of it. Well, I went down to the front row just to get a look so you could see you in there. and, you know, they always, there's won every games. It could be John Troutwine, but it's like usually Freddie Lynn or Carl Fisk or a guy that you know. And, you know, it's a chance to they go to Box R1.
