So the story here, first of all, hi welcome to Fantasy NBA today, a new week. We broke our last streak here. It took like three and a half years

to break the last one. This one took all of about a month and a half, two months. Not great.

But this one, I just, I couldn't do it. And you might hear a sniffle

or cough every once in a while in this podcast but I think by all accounts

we're we're gonna be able to get through it in in pretty good order I don't have quite

the vocal strength of usual so I'll also be talking a tiny bit slower but here's a deal. Friday, 4 in the morning I woke up and I had a very high fever. I did not have the presence of mind to go check

and find out exactly how high but it was quite clear from the incessant shaking and the body aches like I was being pinned down by an automobile that something was a miss.

Earlier in the week, last week, my wife had something that we figured was a cold.

She actually had tested herself and was COVID negative over the weekend.

You guys can see where the foreshadowing is going on this one.

I was up for a couple of hours waiting for various painkillers to kick in and then I sort of zonked back out for a little bit and then the kids

woke up, this is all on Friday at about 6, 615, which is earlier than usual, and they had fevers.

Not as high as mine, but if you get all right

wife gave the cold to everybody so we're all home

doing what we can I was fully laid. I didn't get out of bed until close to lunchtime. I mean I was just absolutely wearing it and

They thought all right. Well, you know, let's just, we're stuck at home, we're all sick, let's go wander up the street, we'll throw on,

stay away from any humans, we're outdoors, like it's cold to cold, we'll go return some library books. It's like a half mile away.

The library is pretty close. And I said, guys, just hold on a second. I know,

I know your mom tested negative for COVID, but I haven't felt this awful since and like

you always remember the times where you have a viral thing that's just so bad that you can't forget it.
