And I understand that not everybody was all that enthusiastic about the hire but

haven't sat and talked to them and listen to him and you know talk to people about him

I get it a little bit I don't know how much I buy that he was always the first choice but I get it. He is a dynamic

charismatic energetic person and the energy above all else comes through and I know football players and how day after day after day of
