listeners asking me for my lists and I thought I'd answer one of those notes on the show

today.

Christy Ellingworth has asked, what's your list of essentials for a long haul flight?

Christy, thank you so much for your question.

I travel a lot and I love a good eye mask.

That's super handy because I feel like I can sleep anywhere if I have my eye mask.

I love lavender essential oil because that really puts me to sleep.

A good notebook just so I can jot down notes.

I feel like I always need one and I try not to look at a screen when I'm on the plane.

I'm not really a person who likes to watch movies on a plane so I feel like I spend so much

of my time looking at a screen anyway so when I'm on a flight I kind of go on airplane

mode and I take a really good book so it's between reading, sleeping, and I do take

a face mask as well.

I love a good hydrating face mask if I feel like I have a little bit of time to pamper

myself that I love to do when I'm on the plane too because I feel like my skin gets really

dry from all the air conditioning on the plane.
