0:07.0	ex-P family, Mr. Dan Lesniak, and Dan is going to tell us about everything that he has done in the last 18 months

0:25.7	He had a really fast start and was successful right away.
0:28.5	His military career, the fact that him and his wife's team sold $732 million of real estate in one year, lots of good things.

0:42.8	Super excited to spend some time with you and get in front of your audience.
0:48.2	You know, like you said, I had a fast start in real estate.
0:50.8	I started in 2011 as a part-time agent. At the time, I was working a
0:57.0	defense contracting job, which is kind of like the next extension of what you do if you are in
1:03.5	the military and get out, right? My last my last tour duty in the military and the Navy was at the
1:08.5	Pentagon prior to that I was on submarines.
1:11.5	So I had interesting background there.
1:13.0	And I got out, got the typical defense contractor job, actually got my MBA as well.
1:18.8	I did the evening school, part-time school at Georgetown.
1:22.1	So I got most of that paid luckily by the Navy and my employer.
1:27.1	And didn't get the big like strategy consulting job
1:31.1	that I wanted coming out of that.
