Not sure how much of an introduction you're going to need because if you know me, you probably know Dan.

Dan was my work husband for four years. We were co-anchors together on

weekend Good Morning America. He also has a really popular podcast called 10%

happier, which is about meditation. And it goes without saying that Dan and I are dear friends and

according to him it's okay not to know the answers to some of those big

existential questions that we all have the conversation you're about to hear is one that Dan and

I would often have off-camera, but in this episode we go a lot deeper. So here's Dan Harris
