Hi everybody it's the blocks podcast my guest today was the creator of the show

community and the co-creator of the show Rick and Mordy and he sent me a list of blocks that's I don't if you can see it on the it's multiple it's a few

pages it it's what you would kind of expect from the from the co-currico-mortem it's it's uh he referred to

as recursive and it's it's eating its own tail it's a parody of blocks and it's a departure from it's it's everything you want. I don't know how I'm going to do it.

snacks for every meal like i had so i'm on a meal plan

like it's not like a birthday cake and pizza and I don't indulge but

the problem is that because I have a nutritionist and I've been I I've experienced

what I'm supposed to do and gotten the results which is I just have a meal plan if I just eat the five meals a day

I'm fine. I'm high energy. I'm focused. I feel good and all this stuff. And then there's like these little snacks that I'm allowed to have.
