Wednesday. Welcome to 2023. I'm back after really taking some time off. I took

off well a week but I truly took off that week. I stayed home. I said no to work. I

took time with my family. I ate horribly. I'd not exercised once. I had a hell of a

good time but now it's time to get serious. It truly was a wonderful... I don't know if

you call it a vacation and I hate the word staycation but it truly was a

wonderful time off staying right here at home. I got to spend off time with my

family. I mean normally I'm home you know when we're going to school, when we're

going to work, when we're going to soccer practice. I'm not home to be social. We

had people over. We had a few drinks. We had some dinner. We sat on the couch. We

slept in. We played FIFA. We had big tournaments. We played Pac-Man and

Gallagher and Ping-Pong. We hung out together. We shot guns. My 11-year-old hit

his first clay target and my 14-year-old now's knocking down quite a few

targets. Man I had a great time. I let my hair down. I literally let my hair grow

both on my face and on my head and I had to shave it off because I mean I'm a

sheep. I'm a bleat louder than the other sheep but ultimately I walk like

everybody else to the slaughterhouse if told to by my boss and my boss didn't

tell me you have to shave. Before you go to Nashville and you have your All

American New Year's festival right there at the Wild Horse Saloon on the Fox

news channel. I also had a great time with Pete and Rachel in Nashville. Took
