I'm Wolf Plitzer, you're in the situation room. We begin with Donald Trump entering two not guilty pleas within 24 hours.

The former president of the United States just filed his response to additional

charges in the classified documents case a day after the historic spectacle of his

and January 6th arraignment here in Washington.

CNN Senior Crime and Justice reporter Caitlin Polance is following all of this

for us, Caitlin remind us what these additional Marilago charges are all about. Well, if these are

Donald Trump was hit with them about a week ago

they build on the case that was originally charged against him in Florida in the Southern District of Florida about

the retention of classified records, national defense secrets after his presidency, as well as obstruction.
