When I was really struggling in the darkest of dark places, like I couldn't leave the house, I was just horrific, I discovered a happy place.

And the first one that I listened to was Fern speaking to Stephen Fry.

And listening to his struggles being the man that he is and everything that he's achieved

and the fact that he still, to this day, struggles with his mental health,

was such a huge moment for me in that darkest of dark place.

I just, it was so inspirational and it really, I have to, I've actually never told

how much it really helped me out at that time I really needed it.
