Before I get into it, I'm going to keep these intro and outro's brief because I gave you a bonus episode this week

and I need to comment on that because the reaction from you guys has been amazing.

Obviously the bonus episode is in conjunction with a charity called Stammer, which is one of the names of the British Stammer and association.

I've had a Stammer since I was about four years old when I almost drowned in France and that triggered it.

It's something that's really close to my heart and a lot of regular listeners who heard the Joe Gilgain episode this year or heard the King's speech episode

that I did at Christmas will know it's something that's been weirdly brought to the forefront in the last year or so because I'm working with Stammer.

That's brought its positives and its struggles. The reaction from you guys from this bonus episode where I talked to three of the most amazing people I've met, George Owen and Natalie.

Anyway, this week's podcast, I'm joined by Daisy Haggard and I was very excited about this.

This is one of those episodes that I watched a show and I've been the whole of Daisy's show back to life in one day.

I loved it. It's on I-Player still. As we were recording this, it was about to be taken off I-Player but it's been left on for a few more weeks due to popular demand.

I urge you if you haven't seen it to go and watch it. We talk about back to life a lot but there's not really any spoilers. There's just a lot of context.

I think, although we talk about it a lot, I don't think we talk about the director Chris Sweeney who I wanted to give a shout out in the intro because I'm again, he did an amazing job and I'm a fan of a lot of the stuff he's done.

We might have talked about it but I couldn't remember on the drive home I was thinking, did we get around to talk about that beast?

Yeah, there's a shout out. Anyway, I watched it in one day and as the credits were running of the last episode, I was online DMing Daisy to say,

can I speak to you from my podcast please and as you'll hear, there's a reason it was delayed and it's a beautiful one.
