of God. You're listening to Daily Truth. The late great R.C. Sproles said this. When he was

speaking with unbelievers, he would debate the reliability of the Bible, he would talk about

the proof of the resurrection, he would talk about the proof of the resurrection.

He would talk about the nature of the triune God, all these different things, but eventually

it would boil down to one question. What do you do with your guilt? The way I see it,

there's only three options. You convince yourself that you have no guilt because you have no sin.

You do what many in our culture do today, especially in California,

especially Hollywood, especially the media. You reinterpret all of your past through a new narrative.

And it turns out you actually never did anything wrong. Turns out all of your worst mistakes

were actually just really reasonable and justified reactions to the reality

of living around a bunch of wretched people. You're not bad. It's just everybody else in

your life is bad. And you've actually never done anything wrong. And innately deep down

inside, you're actually a really good person. And if God, you know, he'll take intentions into

account. And although

your actions might have looked wrong, they're really reasonable given the circumstances,

given the lay of the land, all the, all the ridiculous people in your life, you've always been a

victim, you've always been innocent, and everything you've done is justified. That's one way to

deal with your guilt. But at the end of the day, you know you're still guilty.

And even if you don't, that's not the mercy, but rather the judgment of God,
