The man of God is to command what God commands.

One of the weapons that he wields as a defense, as a strategy to combat the wrongful contempt of his hearers is courage and the authority of command.

His teaching.

Command and teach these things.

He must possess sound doctrine.

And the sound doctrine, the biblically faithful teaching which he possesses,

he should courageously, present that to his heroes. Not softly, not apathetically, not cowardly, but courageously and confidently command these things.

One of the weapons that the man of God has is the teaching of the Word of God.

It is sound doctrine.

It is the message. It's the message. The true apostolic biblical message. And he is to wield it with courage and with authority and with confidence.

He is to command, not merely suggest. The second weapon, however, that the man of God

possesses in order to combat the wrongful contempt of his heroes, is to set the believers

an example.
