It doesn't matter what their constitution says.

It doesn't matter if it's a monarchy or a republic.

The Bible is the supreme authority.

Now, in the ecclesiastical sphere of government, the church,

1st Timothy chapter 3, verse 1 says this,

he who desires to be an elder,

or he who desires or aspires to the office of elder,

desires a noble task.
