0:40.3	We had, as Samantha said, so many folks who wanted to know more about you and your work and
0:45.4	ideas you have about not just to row, but kind of being in the world and a lot of stuff. So here we go.
0:52.4	When we had corresponded about having you back on, we thought
0:55.7	we'd like to at least start, who knows where the conversation will take us, but at least start
1:00.6	talking about how we can incorporate Turot into our daily life for our own inner spiritual
1:07.8	reflection and journey. So I had asked you, Beth, if you could come on the show and
1:12.4	talk about how do you use Turo in that way? And how can our listeners use Turo to really
1:18.7	enhance their meditations? Well, one of my favorite things to do with it. And for my clients
1:26.7	and also for my students, we get a lot of information and a lot of
1:33.1	interest in working with the birth cards. I just love the birth cards of the Toro. I ran across that
1:40.3	in Mary Greer's work a million years ago, and she and Angelus Arian had, Angie, had
1:47.0	really come up with the idea, and then Mary ran off with it. And, of course, the Amber Stones also
1:53.1	work with the birth cards a lot. I don't use their particular way of calculating the birth cards.
2:01.2	It's similar, but a little different.
2:03.8	But I started working with Mary's.
2:06.1	And it's really very simple.
2:07.8	You just take the day of your birth, the month of your birth, the year of your birth, and you add it in like a column.
2:16.0	And then you reduce that to a single digit number.
