Republicans as I speak to you, I believe are one seat from officially one seat

from the house majority.

Lauren Boberts win in Colorado, but if I come from behind situation there, we

have had, I think it's important for everyone to hear this.

We have had some very narrow contests in a few states that have in fact gone for the

Republican even after some delays in the vote count.

So we just have to make sure we're clear on all the facts everywhere as we look at

what the heck happened here.

We got Lee Zeldin, who I think did as much as any individual for the Republicans

to have a house majority here, the imminent house majority.

He's Zeldin is reportedly considering a bid for chair of the Republican National Committee

after his exceptional, unsuccessful, but still exceptional run in the New York

gubernatorial race, Mitch McConnell speaking of leadership, still planning to

rush through that vote.

And I have a feeling that he will continue to be Senate minority leader.

I know it makes me sad, but it is what it is as they say.

Also, there was a pretty funny Elon Musk Twitter exchange where he got called out by

one of his developers.
