We had been telling you for weeks a federal indictment was coming and now it has happened.

Yet another unprecedented moment for our republic, yet another Rubicon crossed by the ruthless

hyperpartisan Democrats by Joe Biden and his fully weaponized Department of Justice.

Clear election interference underway.

Once again, it seems like there can't just be an election where the American people get

to choose.

There have to be some extra things thrown into the mix, a rigged system in one way or another

has to be.

That's the way the Democrats approach it.

Look, we're going to make sense of this to the degree we can together today.

We'll have our friend Andy McCarthy joining us later on in the second hour.

Clay is on vacation, as you all recall, but we had a backup plan in place because we both

had a feeling that while he was supposed to be doing, you know, water aerobics or getting

a back rub or whatever on vacation, he was going to get the call and it happened last night

I had to call him and say they've indicted him.

So Clay will join us in the second hour as well.

And then also Julie Kelly, whom you know we've been having on to talk about January 6th,

as well as the special counsel and the possible.
